Minimum Requirements:
-Female
-Fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English (Afrikaans a must)
-Matric / Grade 12
-LLB Degree completed
-Valid driver’s license and own vehicle
-Well presented and professional
-To start as soon as possible
-2 year Articles contract
Duties:
-General candidate attorney duties (Firm specialize in Litigation, Commercial Law, Personal Injury Claims, Debt Collection, Property Law, Banking law, Family Law, Deceased Estates)
-Exposure to fields of law as prescribed by the Attorney’s Act for admission as an Attorney
-Filing of documents at Courts etc.
-Drafting of legal documents in Afrikaans and English
-General administrative duties
Salary: R 5 000.00 – R 5 500.00 gross
