Willow Park Manor, Pretoria East: LITIGATION SECRETARY (x2)
Minimum Requirements:
-Presentable and professional Afrikaans speaking female (Preferably aged 25-45 years)
-Afrikaans and English first & second languages a must (Afr & Eng client base)
-Matric / Grade 12
-Minimum 3 years recent Litigation typing experience at a law firm a must
-Companies/CIPC experience highly preferred
-Familiar with court processes and legal terminology
-Computer literate in MS Office, with good typing skills (speed and accuracy)
-Computer literate in Lexis Nexis/Court Online/Caselines/Windeed/Searchworks/CIPC etc.
-Attention to detail with excellent spelling
-Strong administrative skills (planning and organizing)
-Able to work in high pressure and fast-paced environment
-Team player
-Stable employment record and contactable references
-To start as soon as possible
Duties:
-Litigation and Companies / CIPC matters
-Drafting /typing of contracts, opinions, memoranda and pleadings
-Assist with service delivery in all aspects to firm’s customers and ensure satisfactory outcome of all matters
-General administration duties (reception, filing, faxing, data capturing, typing, opening of client files, correspondence with clients in Afrikaans and English etc.)
-Diary management and scheduling meetings
Salary: R 12 500.00 - R 15 000.00 gross maximum
