Minimum Requirements:
-Female
-Fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English, with strong English proficiency
-Matric / Grade 12
-Professional and well presented
-Strong Personal Assistant and Debt Collection experience a must
-Fully independently functional in LEGAL Debt Collection, preferably in Legal Debt Collection at a law firm
-Knowledge of legal process and legal entities A MUST
-Strong Dictaphone typing experience
-Good typing speed and accuracy very important (± 60 - 70 wpm)
-Computer literate is MS Office (Training provided on BCB system, Cregalink and Transunion Adverse Listing)
-Excellent communication skills and strong telephone etiquette
-Ability to perform well under pressure in a very busy environment
-Performance driven and highly organized
-Team player, with attention to detail
-Firm and persuasive
-Quick learner and easily adaptable to working environment
-Must demonstrate integrity, accountability and commitment
-Deadline driven
-Ability to multitask between tasks for both Managers
-Stable employment record
-Contactable References
-To start as soon as possible, preferably immediately
Duties:
-Full Personal Assistant duties to 2 Regional Credit Managers
-Dictaphone Typing
-Diary management
-Preparation of legal documentation
-Debt Recovery
-Debt Collection
Salary: R 12 000.00 – R 20 000.00 gross CTC maximum (Depending on relevant experience)
