Successful candidates should meet the following criteria in order to be considered for the role:
Matric
CompTIA A+ and N+ Certification essential
At least 1 years related working experience
Strong knowledge of business and financial software, computer hardware & networks essential
Knowledge of fleet management and vehicle tracking software will be an advantage
Must reside close to Bedfordview
Own car is essential
Sound Math skills essential

Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving skills are required
Detail-Orientation, accountability, and self-motivation is a must
High degree of accuracy and a solid work ethic
Suitable incumbents should prove competent in the following tasks:
Provide telephonic and onsite support on business, fleet management, and vehicle tracking software as well as hardware and networks
Assist Users with technical requests, inquiries, complaints on IT related matters
Test and evaluate existing Network systems
Troubleshoot LAN's & WAN's and internet systems
Perform file backups on the Network and ensure the security of systems are in place
Diagnose technical faults on Networks, Software, and Hardware
Do installations on hardware and software as well as device activations
Repair and maintain hardware and software
Train users, provide management reports and make recommendations on advancements
Liaise with hardware suppliers as well as software solutions providers
