Minimum Requirements:
-Presentable and professional female
-Fully bilingual in both Afrikaans and English a must (Afr & Eng client base)
-Strong recent Conveyancing experience at law firm a must (Senior Level), specifically in Nedbank and FNB Bond Registrations and Cancellations a must
-Experienced in Transfers advantageous
-Fully independently functional, including drafting of all relevant documentation very important
-Computer literate (preferably in Lexis Nexis)
-Strong typing skills essential (speed and accuracy)
-Non smoker
-Valid driver’s license with own vehicle a must
-Stable employment record and contactable employment References
-Willing to commit to long term employment with firm / -Temporary position will also be considered due to urgency of position
-Preferably residing in / near Pretoria East
-To start as soon as possible, preferably immediately
Duties:
-Drafting of Conveyancing documents, Bonds Registrations and Bond Cancellations for Nedbank and FNB
-General Conveyancing administration
-Client liaison
Salary: Negotiable depending on experience
