-2 years Foreclosures experience at a law firm
-Able to work under pressure and handle stress
-Able to handle large workload efficiently and accurately
-Good people and language skills
-Good telephone etiquette
-Accurate, attentive to details and willing to learn
-Computer Literate in MS Word, MS Excel and ghost Practice
-Good typing skills (speed and accuracy)
-Stable employment record
-Contactable References
-To start as soon as possible
Duties:
-Drafting of Foreclosures documentation
-Opening of new files
-Data capturing
-Drafting of legal documents e.g. letters to sheriff, letters of demand, summons, affidavits, judgment docs, applications and sale documents
-Updating systems and attending to reports
-Liaising with debtors, clients, sheriffs and municipalities
-Filing, faxing, photocopying and general office duties.
Salary: Negotiable depending on relevant Foreclosures experience
