Our client is looking for Call Centre candidates who are willing to learn and grow with and within the company. You must be vibrant, hardworking and well spoken. Individuals without experience Call Centre Training will be provided and Candidates with experience will start working immediately.
Duites:
Reporting to the Call Centre Supervisor and the successful individual will provide full customer service and administrative support to the Call Centre department. You will have the confidence and ability to communicate with customers on a daily basis and use your initiative to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
Requirements:
- Matric/Grade 11
- Unemployed
- 18 - 30 years only
- No Criminal record
- Experienced / Inexperienced
- Well spoken
- Willing to learn and expand
