School Transport Services – Gideon van der Bank (Since 2012) (SIX YEARS)
2019 - SCHOOL TRANSPORT
1. School Children - *Thanks for your trust in us, to leave your Kids in our hands. We do only the best we can for them. They will be always our First Priority.
2. Commitment - *We will ensure that the Kids is taken to School or Home, even with a car breakdown, it is our Responsibility to arrange with some-one else to assist and carry out our Commitment. *The Kids is the MINIMUM TIME in the Vehicle. *We Pick-Up or Drop-Off from Gate to Gate. *We take Personal Care of Each Kid. *Reliable Service and Always on time.
3. Times - *Please ensure that the Kids are on time, (if one kid is late, then the entire school run kids will be late aswell). Please allow an average time of 35 min in vehicle during the route.
4. Transport Vehicles – *7 Seated Mini Bus (White) & 7 Seated GWM Multi Wagon Jeep (Silver).
5. *Both of our Vehicles are on the Road with Valid Licences. Service Plan in place.
6. *We have a valid PDP Licence (Professional Driving People and Goods). Insured with Outsurance.
7. *Children will be transported by myself and my Wife. We have a Trusted Stand-In Assistant, and will help when needed.
8. RATES : *Transport fees is worked out per 12 months - the same Amount. Rates will apply even if your Child is not attending school. This apply also for School Holidays and December 2018 – if the Child is not at School. *We took Exam Times in consideration. *We also fetch Kids when the school close earlier. *We do fetch the Kids from School when Sick.
9. *We will pick-up the Children as soon as we can from the School or Home, but please understand that we have other Children aswell to accommodate them at the same times. We adjust the “Planned Route” as far as we can to accommodate everyone.
10. We have (40 Kids – 26 Families) included some of them on Temporary Services - at different Schools: Hugenote / WK du Plessis / Selection Park / Christiaan Beyer / Veritas College
11. Notice Period - One Full Calendar Month Notice apply when ended Our Services (To Both Parties).
12. No Notice will be accepted for Nov & Dec Months.
