Are you struggling with the loss of a loved one? Bereavement counselling will be of great benefit to you when dealing with death.
It does not mean you are weak or can’t manage your feelings or emotions. A counsellor has the experience and knowledge to help you through the transition period, giving insight and knowledge and coping techniques.
You may require a few sessions, and as an incentive, I am willing to offer you a cheaper rate if you feel my counselling techniques suit you best.
Online counselling sessions, you are welcome to use Zoom, Microsoft Teams, WhatsApp or Telegram for conference calls. All counselling sessions are confidential.

I can also assist with other counselling needs such as Addiction, depression, anxiety or other counselling needs you might have.
