Chicken and Mushroom Pies

Ingredients

1 tablespoon oil

1 chopped onion

100g sliced button mushrooms

500g chopped chicken breast

2 tablespoons Robertson's Chicken Spice

4 tablespoons cake flour 

1 1/2 cups milk

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon pepper

3 tablespoons lemon juice

Pastry

 

Directions

Add oil to pan

Add rest of ingredients to pan

Cook for 5 minutes

Add ingredients to pastry

Brush pastry with egg (beaten)

Bake at 200 degrees celsius for 25 minutes
