My knowledge of holistic counseling processes assist me in guiding individuals towards:

COURSES
Attain self-help techniques that will assist you - and others - to deal with life issues.
Courses are available for groups of four or more participants. Communicate clearly and effectively with children, teenagers, adult family members, co-workers, and friends by learning the following techniques:
COURSE 1:
Active listening and empathic understanding -
6 classes of three hours each: R4 500.00 per person.
You may enroll for Course 2 after Course 1 has been completed since the work covered in the first course forms the foundation for the second.
COURSE 2:
Focusing and transformation of emotions -
8 classes of three hours each: R6 000.00 per person.
Connect with how the challenge feels inside the self - discover the ideal state - facilitate the shift that connects you to the solution - build a bridge to the future.
