Minimum Requirements:
-Female
-Fully bilingual with strong English proficiency
-Matric / Grade 12
-Minimum 4 years experience in Bond Registrations for ABSA Bank and Investec Bank (at a law firm)
-Experience in Bond Registrations for FNB advantageous
-Fully independently functional from inception to finalization of Bond
-Meticulous with attention to detail
-Proper understanding and knowledge of Bank Procedures and requirements
-Excellent communication and typing skills
-Strong telephone etiquette
-Computer literate in Ghost Convey, Stordoc, Ghost Practice and E4
-Well presented and professional
-Stable employment record
-To start as soon as possible
-No previous lawful termination/dismissal at previous employers
-Clear Criminal Record
Duties:
-Bond Registrations for ABSA, Investec Bank and FNB
-Liaison with Deeds Office, law firms, clients, banks and estate agents etc.
-Drafting and typing of legal documents
-Assist clients with signing of Bond documentation
-General conveyancing duties
Salary: R 13 500.00 – R 20 400.00 gross maximum CTC (Depending on experience)
