Pure pneumatic volumetric filling machine to fill low to high viscosity liquids into bottles and tubs. The machine is both automatic and semi- automatic and can be equipped for the filling product line, it can also be equipped with several filling nozzles usually, single, double or four nozzles.
This table top filler is ideal for filling up to 15 bottles per minute per head (bottle size dependant) and for use with small batch sizes as change overs and cleaning are very quick and can fill all kinds of liquids, including high sticky liquids such as chemicals and industrial liquids, oils, cosmetics, etc
This machine is equipped with Japanese transducer speed adjuster and the impo1ted high precision multi circles potentiometer and lockable dial, so, the flow is very stable and precise, and the error is less than 1%.
With Japanese original magnetic gear pump and European parts, s/s body shell, this machine works stable, and seldom trouble, so it can be used for a long life-span. There is no connection axis between the motor and the pump, because the filling pump is a magnetic gear pump, and the motor can never be burnt or worn out, this also avoids leakage of the liquids, because without axis friction and no dead corner in the filling pipes, so it is sanitary and can be easily cleaned. The filling nozzle is anti-acid and alkali, and anti-erosion, because it is made of unique materials.
