The LD 500 is an ultrasonic leak detector with an integrated camera that shows leakage rates in l/min and costs in €/year. It helps reduce energy costs, lower CO₂ emissions, and sustainably increase profitability through its perfect interaction with the “CS Leak Reporter” software.
The LD 500 can find the smallest leakages even at enormous distances. With its Auto Level function, it automatically adjusts sensitivity to the surroundings and masks out ambient noise. It determines leakage rates in l/min and potential savings in €/year, includes automatic laser distance measurement for reliable cost calculation, and allows users to take pictures of leakages, describe the leak and required maintenance, and transfer data to a PC via USB. Reports can be created in accordance with ISO 50001, with up to 9 hours of continuous operation possible. It measures ultrasound generated by compressed air, steam, gases, and vacuum leaks, as well as partial discharge on insulators, transformers, switchgear, and high-voltage lines.
