The Diesel Cylinder heads have an underlying issue with breaking lifters out of the (Hydraulic Pockets) casting of the Cylinder Heads.
- We do the Welding & Machine the casting of the Cylinder head hydraulic pockets back to Specifications.
- We do Surface Rebuild on the Cylinder heads.
- New Cam Caps machined if needed.
- Camshaft Repairs.
- Line Boring.
- Valve Seats Replacement & Valve Guides.
- Skimming & Pressure Testing.
- We also new parts if needed.
- One Year guarantee on Cylinder Heads.
We do have stock on Bare Heads & Refurbish Heads. We need your old head for exchange unit.
Volvo also Confirmed that Volvo Xc90 D5 and Volvo S40 D5 Cylinder Heads are Discontinued.
